• Slab Inspections $330.00 + GST
• Frame Inspections $569.00 + GST
• Pre Plaster/Lock up Inspections $569.00 + GST
• Post Lock up/Fixing Inspections $569.00 + GST
• Practical Completion Final Inspection $835.00 + GST
• Total Price for all Stages $ 3362.00 +GST

Option 2 – Full Construction Management

With this option you have full access to myself and our team managing and reporting on all stages of the build

• All Inspections and reports from option 1
• Weekly Site Inspections
• Review of all Progress Payments verse Contract
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs and time.
• Regular progress reporting.
• Complete dairy reporting of construction activities.
• Management of all variation claims by the builder.
• Manage all required rectification works.
• Monitor progress against project timelines.
• Ensure all specifications for the project are met.
• Management of full contract.
• Total Price $15,570.00 + GST
